In Ecuador there are many varieties of fine aroma cocoa and each plantation is influenced by the surrounding vegetation. That is why we can find cocoas with aroma and fruit flavors, woody, floral with notes of nuts, citrus, etc.
We have made hundreds of recipes with more than one hundred types of cocoa from all regions of Ecuador to select what we consider to be the best. It is essential to carry out an optimal harvest and fermentation of cocoa so that a quality product can be obtained.
