1. Dump the cream in a medium bowl. Heat the milk cream over medium heat and stir occasionally until it breaks down.
2. Once the milk cream boils, add the chopped chocolate without stirring. Let the chocolate and the cream of milk rest for about 5 minutes.
3. Then stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate pieces melt completely and obtain a smooth cream. Let the mixture rest again, this time for about 15 minutes.
