Gourmet Cocoa Products GCP is AOG Foods’ brand specialized in couverture chocolate. GCP gourmet products were developed to meet the highest demands of chocolate professionals. We have tested over a hundred different varieties of fine aroma cocoa from Ecuador and we have selected the best ones for the different profiles of our products. We only use natural products without added essences, nor chemicals, nor oil palm, nor soya. Our chocolate manufacturing processes go through meticulous quality controls. Our factory has organic certification, Good Manufacturing Practises certification and will soon have the GFSI certification (FSSC 22000)
Our production capacity can supply the Ecuadorian market and distribute our product in North America from our warehouse in Mississauga.
We can produce customized chocolate profiles using only the natural flavours of cocoa beans. We are able to do this thanks to the huge variety of cocoa beans and regions that Ecuador has.
We have a multidisciplinary and experienced technical staff that guarantees efficient production processes and thorough and permanent quality controls. We have a research laboratory that is in permanent operation in search of new products and the continuous improvement of our products.
And perhaps the most important thing is that we have a group of people with a lot of human quality who seek through the joint effort to produce the best natural products for the benefit of our society.
We built our industrial warehouse from the foundations, which allowed us to design the spaces according to the needs of the chocolate production process and the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices.
